This important position holds responsibilities include planning for the needs of human resources and identifying strategies accordingly.
Perform analysis of hiring needs and update labor market trend to provide employee hiring forecast and recommendation
Build-up and develop pool of active and passive candidate through current and expanding channels to meet both mass and non-mass hiring demands
Perfomr full cycle of recruitment proceess inclduing interviewing, selecting and offering.
On-board and ensure delivery of warmth belonging experience to successful candidates. (this involves lots of administrative tasks)
Lead employer branding initiatives to promote Starbucks as an employer of choice
Develop and maintain diversified candidate distribution channels / tools (Share Points, HRMS) with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruiment activities across Starbucks stores in Vietnam
Continously streamlining recruitment and on-boarding SOPs to enhance work efficiency
Have from 03 - 05 years experience in the same position
Work experience as a mass Recruiter is preferable
Technology driven to continously innovate and improve effiiciency
Hard work is good but smart work is much better
Excellent command of Excel would be a huge advantage in the job.
Good command of 4 skills of English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Being careful, detail-oriented, good analysis skill
