Detailed job description:
As a Gameplay Designer in our project, you would be working on one of the most ambitious NFT game projects. You are responsible for developing an intuitive gameplay system for our game. You would be working closely with a very diverse team of people from various fields. We value your new initiatives as well as constant feedback which helps us grow.
• Design Gameplay System, Player Experience, Level.
• Optimize the skill system to maximize players’ gameplay experience.
• Designe the asset system, formulating item stats.
• Work with the Superior to turn concepts into fun and functional contents.
• Work with our Team Members to design various levels.
• Work with our Game Developers and blockchain specialists to ensure the system works seamlessly.

Requirement:
• Structural, optimal, and minimal mindset.
• Has originality, backed by the deep understanding of gameplay mechanics & players’ psychology.
• At least 1 years of professional experience in the game industry.
• Proven success in creating compelling and innovative gameplay in MMO games or similar.
• Has experience with game design tools.
• Experience with MMORPG and/or simulation games (space related experience is a plus).
• Be proactive and versatile with great passion.
• Knowledge of Decentralized Finance and blockchain is a plus.
